At JEM Fest we will gather to co-create a living, breathing playground for the wild-hearted, the shy, and the curious. A day to night full mind and body movement experience. It’s time to shake off the ordinary and step into something deeper.

Adorn yourself—paint, sparkle, express

Stretch, dance, create, play

You will be moved through guided breath work, playful group and partner activities, dynamic workshops, acroyoga, creativity, meditation, and amazing music. We’ll dance into the night and melt into stillness with a sound bath. Before the end, we will close together in a circle of final connection with full hearts and lifted spirits.
